Many thanks for the information and the PM, I will ensure that all this gets into the right hands at the MOJ on Wednesday you cannot get any higher than Kevin Rousell and his team for them to see how badly you have been treated. I am convinced they have not followed the MOJ guidelines as they are supposed to allow you time to read those all important T&C''s before they take the money from you and that should be after 48 hours.
They don't seem to have any problem contacting you for more money when they want it but don't seem capable of responding to you and updating you and are not keeping you updated. The MOJ rules state quite clearly that they have to act fair and reasonable at all times and any complaints have to be followed through by them. http://www.justice.gov.uk/downloads/...lletin-13.pdf/ you might want to read this bulletin from the MOJ about upfront fees.
