The final responce is in regard to the credit agreement complaint which I have contacted the FOS about.
They were not covered by the FOS in 2000 and as it is over 6 years since the start of the policy will a court throw it out, or does it make a difference it was a monthly policy?
Is there a difference between mis sold and not even being sold it and it being stuck on?!
