So essentially you originally signed up with Claim4You and they made a claim for you with Halifax but Halifax dealt with the claim directly with you, is that right?

Hi Apologies it should be £980 , it was from the Halifax , Halifax called me two times the first call was i informed them that a claims management company was dealing with it second call was a lengthy call about a mortgage i had with them , this was ppi was informed that wanted to talk to me not the claim company as originally i sent off inquiring about a bank loan thi claim for you said that they would go back 35 years i have now been invoiced £980 not to pay by cheque but through a Santander account
i am a bit annoyed that they have invoiced this amount as the second interview was direct to me not to them and took considerable time

what redress do i have ? kind regards Paul
