    Re: Cento client review

    Hi Stella

Before paying over any money please take a read of my thread http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ad.php?t=16630 and in particular to the first post.

The MOJ do not recomend paying up fron fees and in addition they are not allowed to cold call you as this is part of the conditions for holding a MOJ licence. If you carry reading all the threads here on this site you will see that not one person has so far been sucessful in recovering any money whatsoever. Also, it does not stop at £149.99 as many peeps have also paid in addition thousands of pounds for premier/fast track and still no sucess do far.

For PPI please take a look here http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...play.php?f=125 and with the help of this site and without this costing you any money you can actually do this yourself and 100% of the money that you recover will be yours.

If you have credit card charges take a look here http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...splay.php?f=33 as many peeps have their return of charges with just one letter and again all the refund is yours.

Most importantly you are not giving a third party any of your private details. At the end of the day the choice is yours.

      Re: Cento client review

Thanks for your reply and all the information. the trouble is i already paid the £149.99 back in August when I thought it was a good thing to do. UP until today i was all set to fill the forms in and then I read all the posts on here!

Based on the information you have given me I guess I should just cut my losses and quit why I am ahead.

THanks again for all your help

      Hi Tuttsi

Just reading dannys post and in answering some of your questions, they said that they would take 30% of my fee. They neither stated what the firm of solicitors was that they deal with but Douglas forbes was mentioned on the forms to complete. I never phoned them, they contacted me on numerous occasions. hoppe that helps with any investigations you maybe doing. oh and I never got any terms and conditions, i just got the forms to complete.

        Hi Stella

Another Cento client is also in a similar position except she paid them £500. You can read her post here (the letter she is intending to send at post 406). http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ad.php?t=16630 she is just in she is in the throws of writing a complaint letter to the directors of Cento with a copy of that letter to the Ministry of Justice.

I feel you also ought to write a similar letter because you also never received the T&C's and were not privvy to them at the time of them taking £149.99 from you. Also, as I understand it you have not yet signed the forms so without the paperwork they surely must have to return your money as you have not yet agreed to the T&C's.

I certainly could not afford to loose £149.99 as I am sure that you too cannot afford to throw this money away.

Please give some thoughts to writing a complaints letter with the purpose of requesting back your money and keep us informed of your progress.

            Re: Cento client review

Keep the pressure up on them to return YOUR money which they have promised.

I really cannot understand out of all the claims credit card charges refunds are the easiest to reclaim.

When you do get back your money from Cento, you should have a look at this thread http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ad.php?t=17444 one of our members here got a refund within 9 days. Since then the record has been broken and some are getting refunds even quicker than that. In that thread is a sample of the letter which Tools used to Barclaycard but can be adapted for any other credit card. If you need any help please start a thread in http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...splay.php?f=33 the credit card section under the credit card name and someone will give you some assistance.

We would be happy here to help you as it must be very frustrating waiting and waiting when it is really just a simple letter - promise

Please keep us posted and if you have not received your refund say by Wednesday of next week can you let Amethyst, who is an administrator on this site, know by PM your name and details and reference of your claim with Cento and who you have spoken too and she will email the MD on your behalf.

            Good luck

                  Re: Cento client review

                  Hello,

I've just joined this site after reading everything about Cento Client Review.

I have also been duped out of £300 and was told I would get a refund form sent out but never received anything.

I am starting to give up hope.

                  Can anyone help me?

Has anyone managed to get a refund?

I really hope you can help.

                  Many thanks!

                  Jimmy
