I got the contract but it says that the terms are ''overleaf''. Are they?

I can't read the T&Cs I'm afraid. Can you send them in a clearer format?

No, they're even worse I'm afraid. Do you have access to a scanner?

                  Got it, much clearer!

Are you certain that these T&Cs are the ones that came with their recent letter?

I say this because these T&Cs aren't for PPI claims, they're for packaged bank account claims.

Additionally they they mention being regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, when FCA only began regulating CMCs in April 2019, so they can't be the T&Cs that accompanied the document you signed in May 2016.

They probably just grabbed the wrong T&Cs but it's all grist for the mill I suppose.

Once we get the response from your SAR, in particular the LOA, we can make a formal complaint.

My apologies it seems ive sent you the incorrect version from my p.c.
I have 2 copies, 1 i received with the letter & 1 i pulled from JPS website. I will check & re send the correct copy on to you.

I have also received today an email response from JPS today containing a DSAR file? Would you like me to forward this onto you?

Again the T&Cs are completely illegible.

The SAR response is garbage. It's just a spreadsheet of notes. I'll draft a response in the morning.

                            Ok thanks.

when i sent my SAR letter i didnt specify exactly what documents i required i used the template provided on here just adding my personal details & i presumed i would get a letter containing all my documents? should i of specified which documents i wanted to receive?

It doesn't matter now really. I'll draft something in the morning.

I'd respond by email to the DSAR email:

                                Dear Mr Brosnahan

Thank you for your DSAR response.

Unfortunately the single Excel file you provided is inadequate.

Please provide me with all copies of communications between yourselves and Barclays in relation to any claim and all copies of Letters of Authority, whether invalid or otherwise.

                                Yours

                                ...
