  • JPS Financial asking for money

    Hi
A few years ago I signed up with JPS Financial for PPI claims. They recovered some money and I paid up and that was that. One bank refused to deal with them so I did everything and got a very modest pay out. This was 2 or 3 years ago and then last week I had a letter from JPS Financial asking for a cut of the money or dire consequences etc. Iím inclined to ignore them. Is that wise?

    Thanks

You should absolutely make a formal complaint to them and that way you can refer it to the Claims Management Ombudsman if they either reject it or don't give you a final response within 8 weeks.

      I like your pin shot
I keep it with your letter
      Done up in blueprint blue

You should absolutely make a formal complaint to them and if they either don't uphold it or don't give a a final response within 8 weeks, take it to the Claims Management Ombudsman.
