What signifys a loan?
if someone ‘buys’ an item and gives money against an item of value, and charges a fee to return the item within a set timeframe, is this a loan?
What if the timeframe is extended for a fee, is this still not a loan?
I feel Wronged by a local business, who have charged me exhorvitant fees for 3years, as I borrowed some money securing it with items that were personal to me... I really want to find out where I stand legally
