    TG, the answer to your question can be found in very recent posts from Amethyst and Scooby.

    What you have been given by Abbey is an interim payment pending resolution of the test case.

    Once the test case is finally resolved then you will receive any additional refund of charges and interest to which you may be entitled.

    It would be useful for you and us if you could do a little summary of your claim on this thread so that in the future we can refer back to this point and see exactly what the status of your claim was at this time. If you could post up a copy of your spreasheet with details of all your charges on it would help a great deal!

      abbey has now paid the remainder £1,061
      but has still kept the repeated charges in other words they deducted the money and the £1,061 was the remaing after the deduction
