    I did ask whether they would up their offer, however he was not willing to budge on that one due to 'policy'. However I have done my spread sheet and most of the charges were applied on to my account from Oct. 2002 to May 2005 (they were only willing to refund charges from June 2005 when the account went into collections) so if the test case goes our way then at least that will be good start to the new year. ££££££

      Way to go Ruby. Sorry I couldn't answer your question personally, but I have been in Bristol all day today without access to the internet (was on a client site). However, as Tutts pointed you to, my thread is up on the site for all to see - almost blow-by-blow !!
