Hello, I first started my claim with Natwest at the end of December 2008 and seem to have hit a brick wall.
I sent them the standard letters from this site and they requested I complete their financial statement. This I did and sent back to them by recorded delivery on the 17th february 2009. I again heard nothing so sent them a LBA by recorded delivery 2nd March. They then replied last week to say that they had never recived my completed financial statement and proof of debts - funny cos I have the reciept for proof of delivery and they received the LBA perfectly ok...... I then got another letter last week saying that they no longer considered me in Financial hardship as they had not recieved my financial statement and my claim would be put on hold like everyone else's.
I have been sending my letter's to my local branch but all the replies I've had have come from their Head Office - what should I do now. I know they've received my financial statement as it was recorded delivery but how should I play it next? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
