Im sure i qualify under the hardship rules, so im going to go for it!
I have a few questions if anyone could help i would soooooo apppriciate it!
Firstly is it ok to ask for the interest aswell?
When i send my first letter off do i hve to list all the charges or can i just ask them for the amount i have added it upto? ( i dont have a printer so this will be tricky)
After reading other peoples experiences the banks send out income expenditure forms, is it worth me listing and getting all my paper work together and sending it all in with my claim, will this make it any easier/quicker?
