Hi again. After sending the above letters I have now received a letter from Lowell solicitors. Saying

we note the contents and write to advise you that we have requested a copy of the agreement and statements relating to my account from our client and will forward upon receipt. Please note that this is for your information only. As far as our client is concerned the outstanding balance is due and owing and no verification of your liability to pay the outstanding balance is required.

We note you have returned the acknowledgement of service providing you with a further 14 days to respond to the claim form.please ensure you respond to the outstanding claim within the stated timescale to avoid an application made to enter judgement against you in default.

Nothing no need to reply to that daft letter. Lowell has 12 + 2 Working days to provide the agreement or a compliant recon.

Start now looking at the defence templates in the green box at the top of the court claim forum.
It'll give you an idea of content and format.

Have now received another letter from Lowell solicitors saying " we confirm receipt of your request for a copy of the credit agreement under section under sections 77-79 of consumer credit act 1974 and confirm no fee was attached( which there was ) however we have requested the documents from vanquis. The account will be put on hold until we have received the requested the original documents. ������

Have now received another letter find enclosed documents requested ie copy of agreement, copy of default notice and copy of statements. Says now respond to the claim form issued against you. Failure to respond to the claim may lead to judgement in default being entered.

Any advice pls and thank you in advance.
