Hello,
I received a letter a week or so from MMF, saying they were claiming an unpaid debt. I have never heard of them, nor of the company for whom they were claiming, and have never actually taken out a loan in my life, other than my mortgage.
I rang them and explained, and they said they would send me a form, which I should fill in and return, so they could investigate it as a fraud.
Just got the form, and they want all sorts of personal details which I don't really feel inclined to give them. Yes, I want to get them off my back, but I don't see why I should ahve to supply so much info that is none of their business.
Anyone any experience with this sort of thing? Not sure what to do.
Thanks for any advice you can give.
