I also believe that the Judgment debt for 89/620108 (HP) was circa £3000 and so do the CAB. I reported this account to the FOS, and in particular The Statement of Account which has been falsified. The FOS know this. The could do nothing about the agreement as it was 22 years old when I presented it to them.

91/233368 @ £3989.37 is the closing balance of 91/233684
91/233684 @ £4389 37 is account 91/233684's balance at February 2006.

Gothia attempted to obtain from me £8378.74 for an alleged debt of £3987.37

Amethyst, my concern is to consider the individual mentioned in my PM

You should see an enlarged image of the Agreement 91/233684 which has partially obliterated another reference 05/*****3. The asterisks have hidden 5 digits.

It's a little thumbnail - part of a document - with loan (£4,000), charge for credit (2080.16), total payable (6080.16) plus monthly payment plan (128.67 x 48) etc.. It's a bit cut off at the sides.

Headed Automotive Financial Services Ltd with an illegible circled scribble with numbers in - it also has APR 24.7% scribbled on it.

it's really hard to make out. I could take a guess, but that's all it would be. The 91/2 is all that's clear, then it could be a 3 or an 8 then it would be a guess...
