Re: Lowells and Statutory Demand threats
Hi Tuttsi
You may be interested to learn that Lowell tried to email me court papers to compy with a Civil Procedural Direction Notice from a Judge. The DN instructed them to give me all the information I had previously asked for under the Data Protection Act Section 7. I asked for the Direction and paid £45.00 because Lowell were not complying with my requests sent to them recorded delivery. They missed missed two deadlines imposed by the court so tried to email me the entire bundle 20 minutes before the third and final deadline the Judge imposed for striking them out. Although it was my Appeal they stated on the cover sheet that it was a 'Bankruptcy' hearing. They must have been on auto pllot sending out generic stencils. They emailed ten minutes later saying to ignore the first email and they sent another removing the reference to bankruptcy. The alleged debt which was disproved was £367.31.
