Re: Income & Expeniture done, what now?
Hi Tya,
Sorry - I've been out all day so only just logged in to catch up. You've been VERY busy - well done! The acceptance of £1 is brilliant, even if it doesn't last that long. To my mind that really means they're saying they know it's not worth taking you to court - your IE sheet now becomes a critical tool in proving your hardship and thus getting the interest frozen.
You probably don't feel like doing the new IE sheet today, but try to find time over the weekend if you can. Glad to see you've had good advice today and continued to act on it.
You've won the first battle with the acceptance of £1. Let's get you through the next battle and get the interest frozen for you. I always take the view it's worth posting anything you intend to send on here before you send it (obviously removing personal details) as sometimes others see what you don't.
Well done today - I really admire the fight you've got!
Take care and I look forward to seeing the new IE posted,
David (Caspar) xxx
