Good evening everyone, so this thread has been inactive for a number of months, after receiving nothing since 20/04/2020 Robinson way have done some digging and found the original agreement. Being nearly 6 months after my original CCA request what is my position on the debt now.

all help is greatly appreciated

Can anyone offer any insight into what to do next?

if they have not sent an enforceable CCA with all the relevant paragraphs etc, or not sent anything then account unenforceable until they do! long may they not succeed in finding one, keep site up to date if you hear from them?
