    I was quite disturbed to read that statue barred debts were being made into CCJs because the DCAs were informing the courts of wrong or old addresses.

    Well I'm glad to read that the Government have stepped in, MoJ, and have told the courts to set aside such tactics. Now I'm hearing the DCAs need to prove the debtors do actually live at these addresses.

    It's a dirty and cheap trick serving court documents on an old address, for me it should be a case that if a defendant can prove an old address has been used that a CCJ is automatically set aside without need for submitting anything other than the proof of it being an old address for any case not just DCA's.
