well 2003 they would need to produce a proper copy in any court case., but of course many cannot get copies and hope you supply a copy, any copy not readable also is no good for any court case., overseas how long before back? no need to send copy here,

I have no intention of returning to the UK, I have made a new life for myself overseas.

Although no one ever knows what the future holds.

What I want to do is to try and have a conclusion on this debt for my peace of mind and my mental health as it worries me so much.

I am always wondering when they will appear like a Jack in the Box and frighten the life out of me......

I will post again if there are any updates, however I hear you and will go silent on my debt buyers unless they offer me a good F&F and then I may well settle the debt, until then and again many thanks and bless you.
