Good evening, Received a letter twice now, from RBS C./card, stating I may have incurred additional costs following an increase to your monthly payment on C/card, in October 2018 which was charged back to its previous lower level in February 2019.
We would like to hear from you, if you believe you have incurred additional costs because of the increase, and determine if we need to make a payment to you, to put it right. Costs incurred may include exp, Additional overdraft fees, Returned items fees, Costs for loans in period, Other costs incurred.
This period was quiet a time ago, was for 5 months, What info do I need?, how should I reply? Is their info, on this that could help?
