      The only time you really need to use recorded is when there are legal time limits for them to comply with, so CCA and SAR requests.

        Update

        Sharklay card have offfered a repayment scheme of 0.5% of the balance for the next six months, with all intrest frozen. They have waived the intrest for the last four months as well.

          9 mil sorry for butting in here but please be aware that barclays mark your file as an agreement. They probably didnt tell you this fact as they didn't me. It will have an advers affect on your credit rating and stays there, viewable, for 3 years. Just so you know.

              Thank you for the information, it is just as well that I have not agreed to the offer as yet, will have to get something in writing re credit file as well. Will update in due course.

                As they are "trying" (????) to help people they may not do it. Not all companys do. I know they did me and have said they "always do" but they never told me at the time.

                  Shark have advised they will not be recording adverse information, not even in agreement status. I am waiting for written confirmation before accepting the offer
