    Hi Flaming Parott,

I see a number of times on various forums mention of a 'CPR 31.14 request' when or how would this action be appropriate in dealing re Lowells or their solicitor
( posted my CCA request off to Lowells yesterday )

It's a request under Part 31 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR): http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pro...l/rules/part31

That request only applies once they have issued court papers (a claim), as it's a request for the documents mentioned on their particulars of claim. The reason you often see it mentioned alongside a CCA request is that a lot of people who receive a claim have not previously sent a CCA request and non-compliance with a request under s77-79 of the CCA is a bar to enforcement. :thumb:

Re: Lowell purchased HBOS credit card debt

        Hi all,

Have a quick question re my CCA request which was posted recorded delivery to Lowell on 19th Nov 2013

at the same time informing Yuill & Kyle a Glasgow solicitors acting for Lowell of my CCA request.

To date I have had no reply from Lowell.

My question - Can Lowell come back any time in the future or is there a time limit on issuing future legal proceedings ?
