The amount she owes is.
Half the Total due under agreement - all amounts paid including the value of the part exchange.
She does not have to pay this in order to terminate under 99. But this amount will be payable post termination.
If she lets them terminate she will owe the total amount under the contract - the value of the car(their valuation).
