Thanks for that mad, I have printed off the 2 letters for non compliance. I think I will have to mix and match them to suit.
The thing is my son has a special directions hearing on24th August at the local court. I am not too confident about the lad facing judge
I was hoping to use this non compliance as a way of nudging said claim to a close, I don't really mean Blackmail :rolleyes:
Can you think of anything that will help Enaid x
