    Mad CCA Requests

    Ok, so now 3 banks claims are out of the way, thought i'd have a bash at my credot cards and the CCA....

    27th April 2007

    Sent recorded delivery a CCA request to Marbles, Cap 1 and Alliance and Leicester..

    10th May Marbles sent back a signed agreement...But as of today the other 2 have failed miserably....

    So, once again, i wait......and wait....... and wait....

    So, as and when they don't reply , the ball starts to roll again.....

          erm have not got a scanner.... i know i know how stupid is that.... but i will endeavour to find one somehwere..

              I have now had the apparent CCA from CAP1 but still the A+L is outstanding..

              I will try and get both the Marbles and CAP1 scanned over the weekend and posted.

              The A+L are leaving it very late.

                Ok its now the 5th June.. Sent my requests off on the 27th April...

                A+L haven't come back to me.. I have had alll my charges back already so where do i go now with the CCA...

                  Hey mad....
                  Did you get a copy of statement of account and T&C's with the agreement??
                  If not it is still deemed as they failed to supply the information....lol
                  I got EGG on this one at the moment.....lol
                  section 78 of consumer credit act 1974.....
                  her's the whole lot....lol

                    Nothing at all recieved from A+L.. not a jot.. had the account since 1993 so i suspect they have nothing....

                    So guys, whats the next step for this CCA virgin.....

                          Mad, I am waiting for Barclaycard, I reckon there time is up 19th July so will give them till Friday this week lol and then what do we do????????
