And just too add to what new age biker said above - If they ever did issue a new claim when their original claim was struck out and they reissued such claim without prior permission to do so from the court, then they would be committing an abuse of the court process - which would give you grounds to apply for such reissued claim to be automatically struck out and may open the door to you for a possible counter claim against them.

Im also guessing that lowells wouldnt be able to claim they wasnt aware of the invalid DN , as they have now admitted in a letter that they contacted the OC who admits I raised the invalid DN issue soon after account was terminated . so they have had every opportunity to check it out pre court,wont look too good if they proceed to court with a dodgy DN, or even a falsified compliant one from a template ,Im hoping its a catch 22 for them.
