Thanks for responding so quickly CurlyBen, it's all going over my head,can you be a bit more specific,if i go ahead with contacting them ,how do i start as your letters imply we have'nt had contact in all this time where as we have,so obviously the wording would be different and i don't know where to start.

You can challenge a debt at any time you want, by simply requesting the original agreement.
