Glad you are still making the payments however reduced. just keep on with those and keeping records and yes, see what happens. Earlier you stated you were running out of time, was that pending them defaulting and passing it to albion or have further threats been made?

It was pending the expiry date on the DN although Albion already have the account. I have written to them again just outlining that I am paying the most I can etc etc and that my other creditors have accepted my payments. They will either accept in the long run or CCJ me ..... wait and see.
