Mia.. Don't mess about. Give them 7 days to get the money in your account, or you'll add the interest on and continue with your court claim. They haven't "lost" the paperwork, they're just giving you the run around.

I would not give them 7 days, they have had more than enough time already.

Tell them you want that money BACS or CHAPS transferred to your account no later than 5pm Monday 9th July or there will be no further correspondence and the court case will continue and it will be for the full amount.

Don't let them push you around.

BACS payments take 3 days though.

According to Apacs, the trade body for payment systems, a transaction such as you describe would be a straightforward Bacs payment, which should take three days.

So Thats not going to happen.

CHAPS is fine though and yes, I agree Amy.

"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

Yes, thats perfectly normal!!!!! Also a good thing to do is mention at every opportunity when you speak to the bank how nice it was of them to finance your holiday/laptop/party/new wardrobe/anything you can think of that your winnings are going to pay for!! Every time i speak to Collections i mention the fact that they've already paid on lot of charges into my account and I'm just about to get another lot, and the reason I've been a bit late in contacting them is because I've just come back from a holiday in Corfu kindly paid for by Natwest. To be honest they take it in good part most of the time, although that bloke who threatend my mortgae must have been a bit peed off.......
