    help me!

Ok, first of all, thanks so much, for responding!

I n the offer letter, they have NOT threatened account closure! I made a phone call to them, on saturday, to tell them that since I started claim, I have collected more charges, and was told yet again, that all I had to do, was inform them, of how much and when, and they would refund those too!
This is very difficult for me to feel that I can still argue my point! It brings the total up to 8.6, in total! And this is money I never thought I'd see again!

    what do you think??

Mia, do you want to accept? If you do, then do so.

          All I would add is

If you really need the money quickly, then ACCEPT. But if you can afford to drag it out, and are not in dire need of the spondoolies, then go for the lot. Fendy xxxx

Mia1, with regards to timescales, i believe it is 10 working days. I would say clarify the additional charges tomorrow with customer relations Unit. If they say that you need to add it on and they will pay out then i think you should take it. Personally, i think you were hedging towards that when we spoke. I think on a positive note you may be our first WINNER at legal beagles as in won while on here so...........CONGRATULATIONS!!

              Hi Mia

if I were you I'd take the money, they have also told me that they would pay any further charges accrued, but in the event there was no space on their offer letter for this so i haven't, but then it was only another 38 quid so I think I'll save it for my next claim lol.
Have been told it can take 14 working days to get to yaccount, but this is still quicker than if you take it to court.....but don't drop the case till the money is in your hand. Only you can make the decision, just do whatever you feel is right..as Fendy said, we all follow a different path. I personally didn;t file at court cos I couldn't afford it, and habve had offer lettr today for full amount, exactly 8 weeks from Prelim. And as Nattie says, it'll be like winning the lottery.

well done Mia, It's not easy when you have an offer there in you hand in black and white! I seriously considered mine.....even though it was dramactically under the amount I'm owed, If it hadn't been so far under I really do think I would have taken it. and I'm so pleased that they have made you an offer of full charges right up to present day!!! I dunno how you got them to da that, but that an achievement in itself!!!

once again well done and CONGRATULATIONS

                                ongoing natwest saga!

                                ok! latest news!!

I have promised to keep it short and sweet! apparantly, I go on a bit!!!!

as you know, I had agreed to offer! signed form, and sent it off!!! should have

had money placed into bank yesturday, or today, friday, at the latest!

BUT!!!!!, theres always a but.....they have 'lost' me!!!

lost the signed agreement from me! Not happy bunny! I have to resign

and send it back!!!! this will cause another delay! of at least 14 days! I have

managed to cut this down by getting them to fax it to bank, otherwise, it would

have been 24 days! this is a stalling tactic I am sure! they also want me to halt

court proceedings as of today! which Of course I will not do! moral of the story....

don't trust them till money in grubby hand! I know I am stating the obvious

but .....! ok! I think I've waffled again! sorry, ame!!!! bye!xx
