Natwest Round 1 - Won £16,080 after 6 month battle
Abbey Round 1 - Won £5,580 after 5 month battle :okay:
Capital 1 Credit Card - Won £1230 in 2 months

Abbey MBNA Credit Card - Won £2210 in 3 months

THE WAY FORWARD ON THESE CLAIMS, IS TO STAY POSITIVE, FOCUSED AND PATIENT, AND ALWAYS, ALWAYS BELIEVE ITS WORTH THE EFFORT, BECAUSE IT TRULY IS. WHY CHOOSE THE PATH OF LEAST RESISTANCE WHEN THERES NOTHING TO LEARN FROM THAT. THINK OF CLAIMING AS A PERSONAL CHALLENGE AND GIVE IT YOUR ALL.

    Now Gunning for
    Natwest round 2
    Abbey Round 2
    Yorkshire Bank round 1
    A further £6000 to come back from above 3 when I win.

sorry just a little downer today, but it will pick up. I am closing up my other alter ego Meldrew, across the way, so am a little sad to be doing it but i want to concentrate on this site.
Coincidently i will post something on the lamp post shortly on something else or rather the stags pants or whatever it is called.

apart from that - looked ok!

kevboy.......What I do want to know is......can someone sue a company for not supplying SAR's???
Or is it only the Information Commissioners Office that can do that??
I say can....as there is more chance of me winning Mr Universe than them actually standing up for any of our rights.....lol

                                No
you cant sue for not supplying SARs - has to go through ICO. Problem is ICO is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard in a forge. They can only really slap wrists (I think its a max fine of £5k but it has never happened that I know off) They just get a 'well send it out now'..... Just had a quick look on their website and there was one from Ministry of Justice, failed to give information, just got told - hand it over!
Fendy - actually I am a qualified DPO (company paid for me to take the exam - not cheap!) - yes I laugh every minute when I see my bank balance  :o
