Well done Tempty - after all the hard work you deserve this.

Can you ensure that you keep us informed of all developments so that we can use the info for fighting other cases?

Do you have everything you need fight the case?

Have you thought about publicity for this? This could be a very useful press opportunity to help other claimants and to attack the stays in general. Please PM me if you have thoughts on this or would like to discuss.

                  K.

Well i managed to wrangle a copy of the doc sent from the high court granting the removal of the stay, so it's official
i have it in black and white...straight from the horses mouth written by the judges own hand
now just to wait for the formal letter (will be in the post in the next few days)
then we wait to see if Cobbetts decide to appeal it and ask for a hearing on the stay application!!

so once again........thank you Legal Beagles....... you rock!!!!

                              Hi Phoenix
welcome to the site. thanks for your kind words but the real stars are those that helped me get this far! I'm more of the.... bit distant and not very bright variety!! LOL

I am very grateful that I found this site when I did, and if I can play some small part in helping others to claim what's rightfully theirs I'll be very happy indeed
I look forward to seeing you around and getting to know you

once again welcome to Legal Beagles
