Well i just found out that my company's business account and the entire business relations team at Natwest are being transferred to Santander, I only just opened the account when i made the company limited for sole proprietorship in september, and no one said anything to me about the Santander actually buying up Natwest business accounts and business relations team. So i reckon i shall be making a formal complaint making it clear that i have no desire to bank with santander and i will be remaining with Natwest whether they like it or not.

Edit - After rechecking the account number it is not for the new limited company bank account, but for the old sole proprietorship account. So instead i will simply close the account and will be contacting my companies commercial manager at natwest, to get confirmation that the company limited account is not going to be sold to santander.

I came to these forums for something different and came across your message.
They have also lost our money (me and my daughter, collectively we have lost £2,000) Nobody seems interested and officials won't do anything as we cant prove with statements as it was a savings account with two pass books which they wanted to update and then sent to a wrong address.
