You are completely missing the point, I am talking about the letter that comes through the door saying "£235 added for visit" etc etc..
That can not be enforced as a warrant if the council accept a direct payment which includes the compliance fees..
Please feel free to check with a bailiff or council and they will tell you (well a bailiff probably won't but..)
