I don't know about you, Davy, but the arguments Legalese is putting forward strike me as being very much "Freeman On The Land" arguments. There are some aspects of the Freeman philosophy that are worthy of further investigation and once these arguments are grounded, it may be that they can be used to turn the tide against those who abuse and misuse the law. Until those arguments are grounded, I am inclined to view Freeman arguments as "as yet unproven". It is not me being a cynic, just me going by gut-feeling.
