    Yes, the court will tell you.

    As above, obtaining a breakdown of charges is very simple and it really is not advisable to speak with a bailiff on the telephone.

      Not even if one is recording the call for evidence of the untruths they may utter?

      For bailiffs, therefore, some form of external regulation is needed - perhaps called OFGITS.

      You would be much better off sending a formal SAR, that they cannot not answer - there is a link to one you can use in the bailiff guide.
      But we both know that they can play at Silly Persons even when a Subject Access Request has been submitted, as the ICO is so overworked and understaffed that they currently have a backlog of several months.
