    Re: help marstons

It was the benefit people told me that it was coming out of my money, but i have now found out it was a old debt and nothing to do with tv licence fine. Regarding the visits issue, I received 1 letter from Marstons asking for £250 - Explained that i can not afford to pay that, they refused any installments, so the next thing i knew, I had a baliff at my door demanding full payment and his costs, lucky i had £100 saved so i paid that and questioned his fees and he just spoke bull really, He now wants the reamining £425 this week, Also i asked for a reciept and he told me i will get one when all the money is paid, I slammed on the door shut on him. What can i do, very grateful for any advice
