Read the Bailiff Guide, take Amy's advice, read through your thread again, discounting stuff which is incorrect. Once you have it clear in your own mind exactly what is right and what isn't, then do a summary and take it forward from there. And if you haven't done so already, send the SAR.

Once you are in possession of all the facts you will be able to decide the way forward.
