You go ahead and post Caspa any iformatione is helpfull and in all cases that pertain to bailiffs the water is already thick enough with mud a little more would not harm

I thought I would upate you on the wrong car being levied... I recieved a letter from the council the other day stating that the fees for levying the car and the van fees were being taken off the account as Rossendales Bailiff (Albert Rozs) had determined that it was not mine. The excuse for levying the car he gave was that he asked a neighbour if I was in and the neighbour pointed to the said car and said she must be her car is there.... total fabrication.
Today I got a telephone call from Rossendales, a very pleasent young man, explaining that my payments were up to date. When I asked for the total figure they had owing it was still over £600 which is £100 over the original debt, when I quieried it asking him how it was this amount when £200 had been paid he mentioned the levy and Van fees, which I went on to explain that I had it in writing from the council were supposed to have been removed, he said he would look into the matter........ so again we wait and see. I was given the name of the Bailiff who incurred these fictional charges .. Albert Rozs... he is certified I have checked.... anyone else had dealings with this person would be handy to know.

And re your penultimate post re Common Law I'm going to be drawing up a basic guide to it that will be posted on this site next year. TBH without serious knowledge of it, you'd have struggled to use it as an argument here though.

I was given the name of the Bailiff who incurred these fictional charges .. Albert Rozs... he is certified I have checked.... anyone else had dealings with this person would be handy to know.

I'm sure your council work to the same standards as those of North East Lincolnshire Council, and no doubt the following quotes will sound familiar if you enter into the complaints procedure, so I can't believe what you say about this Rossendales bailiff's conduct.

Now being serious, I have had fraudulent fees, illegal levies etc. etc. though not by this Albert Rozs guy.

I would be interested to get a collection of people affected by Rossendales in this way who would be prepared to give details to the Police. I wonder if this would have more impact than individual reports, and achieve an investigation into Rossendale's systematic fraud?

I am currently in dispute with Rossendales and will happily provide any info to help put them in their place. They attended my property in 2010 for £106 council tax which I had overlooked. At the visit (the only one I am aware of) there was a hand delivered 'levy' through my letterbox on my car (which is on finance btw, also essential for work as I visit schools throughout the county) Now I am annoyed at this because if my car was in my drive then I was in, but yet the first I knew of any visit was when I saw the letter on the doormat, so no knocking at the door. Tried and tried to get the local authority to take the debt back due to a mistrust of this company form them 'levying' a car belonging to me for someone elses debt (the neighbour lol) and all the arguments that ensued. After approx 14months I got a nasty letter from the bailiffs wanting £258.....£106 c/tax and the rest in charges. I have paid the council tax to the council so that is cleared and the only thing outstanding to Rossendales is their fees. I dont believe for one second that they attended 3 times. Once when dropping in the levy and then again today to say that I ahve 24hrs to make payment or they are removing goods. Now my question is this, how do I stand re the car? i still owe £1000 on it, and as said, i need it for work. Can they levy without my signature? Am I going to get up and find it gone? Any advice appreciated
