Hi can you please advise me. I have a new credit card and purchased a computer from Currys PCworld.. This cost me £1.119.99. When I received the computer and installed everthing I know. I discovered that there is no signal to the monitor. Checked everthing again. I sent Pcworld 6 emails to customer support, but all theses mails bounced back and not delivered. I did manage to get a message to them on my online business account. Got a reply back say sorry blah blah. I then got a further email suggesting I contact the makers and ask them for advice. All over the weekend, I was put on hold and at one stage after 25 mins I was cut off.. I have sent them another email saying the computer is not fit for purpose and want a full refund. I have since purchased another computer as I was desperate for my business. I'm still waiting for a reply back. As I paid by credit card,, how do I make a chargeback to my account. Ive never done this before and looking forward for advice.
