Hello,
A fuel (oil) company delivered oil to the tank at my house instead of my neighbours house (an old house that takes oil into a tank instead of mains) . They then phoned me and demanded payment or that I allow them to take the oil from the tank. I finally received confirmation that the oil was delivered in the form of a computerised invoice.
Thank you.

- Is the delivery classified as unsolicited goods?
- Were they trespassing to deliver it (I have no history of allowing the company onto my premises)?
- Have they committed a criminal act by demanding payment for unsolicited goods (even if they offered an alternative of removing it).
Thank you.
