Opsrey Road in Exeter is EDF's main office. The Billing Department is at Outland Road, Manadon Vale, Plymouth. If you are near Plymouth, come off the A38 at the Manadon junction and take the signs for Plymouth Argyle FC. You can't miss EDF. It's a bloody big white building with EDF on it. The main entrance is around the back by the staff car park, if you want to go there in person.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

Sharon - this is clearly distressing you, but as Alham rightly says, if you keep on, it will sort itself out and justice will prevail. Nobody in their right mind would consider £77.78 per week energy usage correct for a house of that size. Please don't lose sleep over it, I know it's easier said than done.

Are you taking regular meter readings yourself now? If not, may I suggest you start doing so in order that you get a true picture of your consumption.

If you are methodical (and it does take up a lot of time and energy{pun intended}) you will get these mo**ns to sort it out. Just don't let them bamboozle you with promises - whenever you speak with anyone make sure you get their name, team name, direct contact number (if possible) and EXACTLY what they are going to do for you and when. And then go back and check that they are doing it. They hate perseverance.

They have offered me £150 compensation - 3 weeks ago it was £20. I have declined the offer and have now gone down the ombudsman route. Thank you to all who have given me advice on here!
