Not really, as you've already said - you received the original parking ticket.

Wait and see what happens next and even if Equita do not answer you, send the money anyway.

Have had three letters from Equita
1. letter to refuse my offer of £20.00 pcm to clear debt
2. letter to say if i dont clear debt in 24hrs then proceedings will start against me.
3. letter to say that my car will be taken, although this was sold to my brother on the 13th of this month.

So no good news form Equita then, semms strange that they want money , i make an offer then they say no! so how do i proceed with this ?
