      That sounds like 'nonsense'.

What information is there in the SAR information that refers to the CCJ?

There is a photocopy of supposed court papers, but reading through all the stuff they sent me, it seems they sent me a letter in 2019 offering a 70% discount to pay but i didn't receive that i just wonder why if it had a ccj they didn't act on it but 8 years later offer a discount, im just unsure where to go on this, there was no copy of the original credit agreement
        Regards

There is nothing to do on this at the moment. They have a CCJ form 2011, as said previously they would have to go to Court.

No agreement, but they have a CCJ, so that doesn't help now (would of helped in 2011.

So update the thread if anything of substance materializes.

Hi there I have now had a response from link regarding my complaint about wrong data, and they say just human error but as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience they would compensate me £30 but think im best to just ignore this, and wait and see what happens next or do you think it would be best for me to offer a small percentage to get rid of this seeing as it said they offered 70% discount in 2018
              Regards

Yes you can do that, but make sure you write 'Without Prejudice' on the letter. That way, they can't use the offer letter against you.

Maybe start lower then the 70%, maybe 95% discount. There's a 'cost of living crisis'.

I wouldn't, they would know that, they would also know that they would 'struggle' to do anything meaningful after all this time with it.

There's an example letter in the link below, make sure you get Proof of Postage -

                      https://nedcab.cabmoney.org.uk/fullfinal.asp

Make the Offer, e.g. £150, you don't mention the discount percentages.
