      It's still the same advice.

Read that letter slowly ... they do not say "if I dont pay they will proceed it to court."

They are all "ifs and buts" and "will refer"

        Keep ignoring

Hello. Something similar happened with me at John Lewis. Is it okay if I ask if the police was called at the store only? Did they tell you the third time that they had proof of your previous acts also? I'm sorry if I sound probing, just very scared.

Dravid please can you start your own thread and not piggy back on another thread as this can cause confusion for our adviser community.

              Many thanks

AAS123 I have a question I was hoping you could help with. Where the previous times you stole from the store all from the same location or were they different stores in other areas? Would really appreciate a response. Many thanks!

                    Hi there

I’m not trying to hijacke the thread, but I had similar situation with primark

the question is , and I’m sure this owner will be asking the same question :

if the matter goes to the DEBT COLLECTORES, I believe it will be CAPITAL RESOLVE,
will that affect the thread owners credit score , since we need clear credit score to purchase things like mobile phone contract or even mortgage ,

thank you and sorry to post I’m her , however , this question is not being asked at all before

You guys need to start your own thread.

To the best of my knowledge 'debt collectors' haven't been involved on the back of 'speculative' invoices.
