Primark RLP Fine, should i ignore it?

i just got my my first letter from RLP, they're asking for a total sum of £325, my stepdad thinks that it's nonsense and he is going to his solicitor for advise. Thank you for your help and reassurance

Tell him not to waste money on a solicitor. Just ignore the letters unless a court claim turns up.

Point him to this site and search on RLP.

It is not necessary to pay a solicitor
Just ignore the letters.

RLP and their ilk only need to be ignored and eventually they give up.
