Car warranty issues

Hey guys
my daughter took out a car warranty with a company called warranties 2000.
She has a problem with her car with the steering rack. It is covered by the warranty but they are refusing to pay for the job.
They have offered a recon part or £150 towards the cost.
Bill would be £850.
Any one have any ideas where we stand ?

I appreciate you believe a new replacement of the rack is covered but could you please give us a link to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
