Hello am writing this to warn others about signing up with new trades career my grandson signed up in February 2020 for electrical course he was promised tutor guidance throughout the course what a joke can only talk to some woman who has no idea about the course no tutor available she tells you to go and continue using your books makes you feel like you are wasting her time we have only recently found out about the problems he was having we as a family had noticed a change in him he was a confident young man of 19 when he signed up his mental health and well being have suffered he said he couldn't tell us as he felt a failure he had hoped to be able to get a trade yet still pay his bills what a waste of money he is still paying 180pounds a month for nothing they should not be able to do this to anyone it is changing life's in a very wrong way
