  • Double dipped and losing faith

HI there, we are trying to fight a miss issued parking ticket as the private carpark say we parked all day. We did not. There was a drop off and driver left immediately and a later pickup and driver left swiftly after as well. So 4 photos would have been obtained. Shockingly the car park company can / will only provide two (the two which back their claim). We have had the logs and the other two photos (which we KNOW exist) are conveniently not there.

We have provided evidence that one of us was in a certain location and the other was at home using a laptop which backs up our version. they are simply not entertaining anything we say and it would appear big business overrules. Any advice welcome. We were banking on the logs proving our case.

Thank you found it. Is this something we can still apply to our Popla defence as car park firm won't entertain any kind of defence we have.

So can we see your appeal and the response.

POPLA would probably uphold as they don't understand but you have to try

It's absolutely criminal. How can companies get away with just lying to make money?
