I was involved in a court case regarding a Will ; I
wrote emails to the solicitor to ensure that his advice was correct which I doubted. However he assured me that it was correct as did the barrister. However I lost the case because they were wrong regarding the Wills act.
they assured me that 2 witnesses had to be present together at the time of a Will been signed.
As result I now owe over £76,000 because of their error. What can I do ? Can I complain to the solicitors.
And us there a time limit to complain?
